Instructions to the teacher

  1. Provide your students with the picture given below. Then, pair them up.
  2. Tell them to take turns and ask each other questions about the locations of objects in the room using the prepositions they have learned so far. For example:

A: Where is the carpet?

B: The carpet is under the table/the carpet is on the floor.

  1. In the end, ask each pair of students to write down six of the sentences they came up with and they will share those with the whole class. The class will decide whether their sentences are wrong or right.
