Consonants and Vowels In Order

Students will list the consonants OR vowels in the target language in order from first to last and last to first. 

Instructions to the teacher

This activity will work for both consonants and vowels. It is best to do consonants and vowels separately. 

1. Ask your students to  list the consonants OR vowels in the target language in order;
   1. From first to last
   2. From last to first
2. Students can start by writing them down then reciting them out loud. 
3. Ask students to write down a word that starts with each of those consonants.
4. Ask students to compare the lists of words they came up with and cross check the spellings.
