T: We want to reserve a room for two nights, June 10 and 11.
R: Just a minute, our internet is rather slow today. While we’re waiting, let me ask about your group. Are you three adults or will children be traveling with you?
T: It will be two adults and one child, age 10.
R. Ok. Would you prefer two double beds, or one queen bed with a sleeper sofa?
T: One queen bed and a sleeper sofa sounds good. Is that cheaper?
R: Yes, it’s cheaper and we have a room available on those dates. Would you like to reserve that room? We can reserve that room for you with a credit card number.
T: Yes, we’d like to reserve that room and here’s my credit card number
