Instructions to the teacher:
Students will write you an email letting you know that they have a conflict with a ‘Pretend Quiz’ scheduled for next Wednesday. In the message they should ask if they could take the quiz earlier in the day during your office hours. You should then reply to the message indicating whether its possible to reschedule the quiz at that time or not. The student can then reply to you acknowledging that they have received the message. Attention should be paid to any cultural norms regarding formal communication
