Activity components: A list of historical events that students can reserach and summarize from a TL culture / country.  

Instructions to the teacher: 

The Teacher identifies a series of key historical events in a country that uses the TL. Students are each assigned a specific event, and they are to write a 3-5 paragraph summary of their event. Once all of the summaries are written, the teacher could put them on the classroom wall so that students can see the timeline
