Students will talk about the importance of various historical events in the target culture.

Instructions to the teacher

1. Find videos and other useful resources that will help students understand the important historical events and how they are celebrated or commemorated in the target culture. 
2. Let students watch videos and perform additional research online if necessary. 
3. Ask students to write a brief essay on the importance of those historical events and how they are celebrated or commemorated in the target culture. 
4. Students can later present their findings in class orally.
