In advance, make a recording of yourself giving various classroom commands. Students will then select which command they hear from a multiple choice worksheet.
Instructions to students
Listen to the commands and circle the one that you hear.
- raise your hand sit down stand up
- open your book open the door close the door
- take out a pen spell “x” sit down
- close the door close your book get a pencil
- stand up sit down write on the board
- read write spell
- listen say read
- work with a partner spell the word say the word
- turn in your homework write in your notebook repeat the word
- repeat after me write the word ask your partner
