It’s Not The Right Size

Instructions to the teacher

1. Record the scripts in the following exercise and save them as audio files.
2. Play them in class and ask students to select the right answer in each case. 
3. Alternatively, read the scripts out loud in class.

1. I like the color of this shirt, but it is too tight and too short.
2. I like these pants, but the legs are too long. 
3. I like this sweater. It is the perfect length and color.
4. These shoes are beautiful and comfortable, but they are too long!
5. This skirt is lovely, but it costs $400!
6. This jacket is warm and stylish, but it is too narrow for me.
7. This dress is perfect. I love the color and it looks great.
8. These jeans are quite uncomfortable. They are too tight and too long.
